Funk Rock - Difficult

Check it out here! -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4nlnkryE26I

Internal is based on an ostinato bass figure composed with bass harmonics in perfect fourths, in 7/4. The constant melody produces a meditative sense of ease. The instrumentation includes muted trumpets and tranquil flutes and clarinets. A solo trumpet improvises through a steadily building development that explodes in a '70s rock/funk groove (a la Miles Davis' "In a Silent Way"). There are soli sections for the trombone and trumpets. Highest note for lead trumpet is written high G6. Key: D major

"Every human being is exquisitely unique, possessing infinite pathways of success. Aim to approach every task and every moment with immense excitement, creativity, joy, humility, integrity, gratitude, without expectation and watch what happens. What you want for yourself, give freely to others. Our musicianship is simply an extension and expression of our level of consciousness."
